Colours in the mist

I’m always surprised how much colour is around  in nature, even on the dullest of days. These are a selection of images on paper from a walk in Wiltshire this morning. It was dank and a little wet, but there were plenty of amazing colours hiding behind the grey.

I find it interesting focusing on one view and working on different images one after the other. I enjoy the changes and fluidity that comes from this process. Often the last image is the most satisfying, but not always!
